PRIVACY POLICY
© 2026 ChainHelix last updated July 2026
This explains what personal data ChainHelix collects, why, how long we keep it, and
the rights you have over it. We keep this short and plain on purpose.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you request access or subscribe.
- Anything you type in the request form (your message, the plan you want).
- Your IP address: when you submit the request form, kept to block spam and abuse; and for each page you load on this site, held in memory for up to six hours to count visitors. Page-view addresses are never written to disk.
- Your Telegram username and ID, only if you join a signals channel, so we can manage access.
- Basic subscription records: which product you have and when it expires.
We do not collect payment card details. Invoices are handled by
email and paid outside this website. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising.
Why we hold it and our legal basis
- To reply to your request and provide the service you asked for (performance of a contract).
- To protect the service from spam and abuse (our legitimate interest).
How long we keep it
- IP addresses from the request form are automatically deleted after 30 days. Page-view addresses are held in memory only and are gone within six hours. An order placed through our machine interface stores a keyed hash of the caller's address, which cannot be turned back into the address without the server's key; it is erased with the order record when you ask us to erase your data.
- Request-form submissions we have dealt with are deleted after 90 days; ones we never actioned after 180 days.
- Subscription records are kept while you are a subscriber and removed when you ask us to erase your data.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you all the data we hold about you.
- Delete all your data (right to be forgotten). We erase it from every record and remove you from any signals channel.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
To make any of these requests, email us and we will action it. We aim to respond
within a few days.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Email is delivered through Google (Gmail) and signal
alerts through Telegram; those providers process the minimum needed to deliver the
message. On-chain blockchain data we publish (wallet addresses in MEV events) is
already public information from public blockchains and is not tied to you.
Contact
Questions or requests about your data: contact us at the email address we correspond
with you from. This policy may be updated; the date at the top shows the latest version.
