TERMS OF SERVICE

1. THE SERVICE

ChainHelix provides market data products: MEV intelligence data ("MEV Data"), trading signal notifications ("Signals"), delivered via Telegram and API depending on your plan, and per-call market data tools ("Per-call Tools") served to software agents over our machine interface at mcp.chainhelix.io and paid for one call at a time (section 12). Signals describe trades taken by our own automated research engine: an entry price, a stop zone, profit targets and lifecycle updates. MEV Data is a feed of algorithmically classified transaction-ordering events observed in public blockchain and mempool data. Per-call Tools return market, chain and derived data for the chains listed on the machine interface.

2. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE

Signals are information, not advice. Nothing in the service is investment advice, a personal recommendation, or an invitation to buy or sell any asset. We are not your adviser, broker or fiduciary, and we do not know your financial circumstances. You make your own decisions and trade your own account at your own risk.

3. PERFORMANCE

Any track record shown is measured on our own engine's executions (live or simulated, as labelled). Past performance is no indication of future results. Trading cryptocurrency is high risk and can result in the loss of all capital. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING

• Plans are billed monthly in advance at the prices shown on the pricing page. Per-call Tools are not a plan: each call is priced and paid individually (section 12).
• Access (Telegram membership, API keys) is provisioned on payment confirmation and removed when a subscription lapses.
• Cryptocurrency payments are confirmed on-chain; underpayments and overpayments are handled per the payment instructions issued with your invoice.
• Referrals. A referred customer receives 20% off their first month; the referrer earns 25% of that first payment as subscription time, granted automatically 7 days after the payment lands, plus milestone bonuses shown on the referrals page. Rewards are capped at 365 days lifetime and are always service time, never cash. Self-referrals (including alias emails) do not qualify; we may withhold or reverse rewards from fraudulent, abusive or gamed referrals and may block a referral code at our discretion.

5. REFUNDS

Payments for billing errors (duplicate payment, service never provisioned) are refunded. Otherwise subscriptions are non-refundable for partial periods. [Refund policy subject to solicitor review.]

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

• Subscriptions are personal to you. Do not share, resell, republish or redistribute Signals, API keys or data feeds.
• Do not exceed your plan's rate limits or attempt to access endpoints your plan does not include.
• Do not use the service or its data to conduct, assist or conceal market abuse, exploitation of other market participants, or any unlawful activity. If you act on the data, compliance with the laws and regulations that apply to you (including sanctions and market-conduct rules) is your responsibility.
• We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

7. MEV INTELLIGENCE DATA

MEV Data is produced by automated classification of public blockchain and mempool activity, offered for monitoring, research and defensive analytics.

• Labels are classifications, not accusations. Terms such as "frontrun", "backrun", "attacker" and "victim" are algorithmic labels describing an observed transaction-ordering pattern. They are not allegations that any person or entity has acted unlawfully, and should not be relied on as such.
• Profit figures are estimates computed by our published method (token-delta accounting net of gas, and detector loop closure) from public data. They are not audited financial figures.
• Coverage is limited to the chains listed on the pricing page and to what our upstream data sources make visible. The feed is not a complete record of MEV activity, and events may be missing, delayed or misclassified.
• All underlying data is public blockchain data; our classifications and derived datasets are our intellectual property and are licensed to you for your internal use only, per section 6.
• The same applies to Per-call Tools: their outputs are derived from public chain data and from our own market data capture, which is sampled on some chains and may be delayed or incomplete. Each tool states its window and units in its description; where a figure is a sample or an estimate the response says so.

8. AVAILABILITY

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The signal engine is in measured beta; delivery may be delayed, interrupted or discontinued. We do not guarantee any signal frequency, uptime, or continuity of any feature.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChainHelix is not liable for any trading losses, loss of profit, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, whether as subscription fees or as per-call payments. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. CHANGES

We may update these terms and the service. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date; continued use after a change is acceptance of it.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. [Jurisdiction to be confirmed by solicitor.]

12. PER-CALL TOOLS

• Per-call Tools are offered to software agents over the machine interface at mcp.chainhelix.io. No account, plan or subscription is created; the caller is identified only by the payment it presents.
• Each call quotes a price in stablecoins before any data is served. Payment is settled on chain through the payment protocol named in the quote, and the answer is served once the payment verifies. A call that is not paid returns no data and creates no obligation on either side.
• A paid call is complete when its answer is served and is not refundable. If a paid call returns an error instead of an answer, the payment is not lost: present the same signed payment again within 24 hours and the call is re-run, or its stored answer returned, with no second charge. A payment older than 24 hours cannot be redeemed.
• Sections 2, 3, 6, 7, 8 and 9 apply to Per-call Tools as they apply to MEV Data and Signals. Section 6 rate limits do not apply to per-call use; we may refuse calls from a caller that disrupts the service.
• Free tools on the same interface (discovery, status, order and claim tools) are provided as is under section 8.
